1. About these terms

These are the terms of the Beaquaro affiliate program. They are run by Beaquaro Technologies, a company registered in India (“Beaquaro”, “we”). They add to our Terms of service and Privacy policy. If they disagree about the affiliate program, these terms apply to it.

By sharing your referral link or code, or by saving payout details, you agree to them.

2. Who can join

The cash program below is for partners: people we have approved to earn a share of payments in cash. Everyone else with a Beaquaro account refers as a member, and earns free months instead (see “Referring as a member”). Both use the same link and code, on the Refer and earn page. We can refuse or remove anyone from either program at our discretion, for example for breaking these terms. Partners must be at least 18.

3. Your link, your code, and who counts as referred

You have one sign-up link and one code. A person counts as referred by you if they create their account with your link or code, or if they have no referrer and have not yet paid, and enter your code on the billing page.

A person can have only one referrer. The first link or code used is the one that counts, and it cannot be changed afterwards. You cannot refer yourself, and accounts that you own or control, or that you pay or reward someone to open, do not count.

The home page link (with “?ref=”) only counts if the visitor accepts cookies on our site. The sign-up link always counts.

4. What you earn

You earn 20% of each payment that a referred person actually makes for the paid Creator plan, for their first 12 months of paying. The amount is worked out on what they paid after any discount, and before VAT or other sales tax. Payment-processing fees are not deducted from it.

You do not earn on: the Free plan, accounts that never pay, payments covered in full by a discount, payments made after the first 12 months, taxes, or payments that fail, are refunded, or are disputed.

A yearly subscriber makes one payment for the year. You earn on that payment once.

5. What the person you refer gets

A referred person gets 20% off their first 3 months of the monthly Creator plan, taken off automatically at checkout. It cannot be combined with another promotion code, and it is not offered on the yearly plan, which already costs less than twelve months. We may change or withdraw this offer. If we do, it applies to people who sign up after the change.

6. Refunds, chargebacks and when a commission becomes payable

Each commission is held for 30 days after the payment it comes from. After that it is “payable”.

If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission on it is cancelled. If we had already paid you that commission, we deduct the same amount from your next payout. We will not ask you to repay it unless the payment was fraudulent or you broke these terms.

A referred person who stops paying earns you nothing further, but commissions already payable on their earlier payments stay yours.

7. Getting paid

Once a month we pay what is payable to you, as long as it comes to at least £20 (payments in pounds) or ₹1,500 (payments in rupees). Each currency is counted separately. Below that amount it waits and adds up.

We pay to the PayPal email or UPI ID you save on the Refer and earn page. You are responsible for keeping those details correct. Any fees charged by PayPal, your bank or your UPI provider are yours.

We keep a record of every commission and payout, and you can see yours on the Refer and earn page.

8. Tax

You are responsible for any tax on what you earn. We may ask for details we need to pay you lawfully, and we may deduct or withhold tax from a payout if the law requires it. If we do, we will tell you.

9. How you may promote Beaquaro

Say that you earn from referrals wherever you share your link, in a way people can see and understand, such as “affiliate link” or “#ad”. UK advertising rules and the US Federal Trade Commission require this, and we do too.

Describe Beaquaro honestly. Do not promise results, income or follower growth. Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, post fake reviews, pretend to be Beaquaro, or pay for ads that use the Beaquaro name or brand as a search term.

Do not offer people money or gifts to sign up, and do not create fake or duplicate accounts. You may use the name “Beaquaro” in plain text to describe us. Please do not use our logo without asking.

10. Fraud, ending the program for you, and leaving

We check for abuse. If we reasonably believe you have broken these terms, we can cancel commissions (including ones not yet paid), hold payouts while we look into it, and remove you from the program. We will tell you why.

You can leave at any time by stopping sharing your link. Valid commissions that were already payable stay yours unless you were removed for breaking these terms.

11. Changes

We may change or end the program. We will give at least 30 days’ notice on this page. Commissions already earned and confirmed under these terms will still be paid. Using your link after a change means you accept the new terms.

12. No guarantee, and our responsibility

We do not promise that you will earn anything, or that the program or any referral offer will always be available. You are not our employee, agent or partner, and you cannot make promises on our behalf.

Our responsibility to you under the program is limited to the commissions we owe you. This does not limit any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

13. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India can hear any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you rights that say otherwise.
