Terms of service
Last updated 8 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms are the agreement between you and Beaquaro for using the Beaquaro website and app (“the service”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Beaquaro is in early access. Features change, and we may add, change or remove them.
2. Your account
You need to be at least 16 years old. Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.
Give us accurate information. One person, one account.
3. Connecting your social accounts
You can connect accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X and Bluesky. You must have the right to do so, and you must follow each platform’s own rules and terms while you use Beaquaro with it.
Beaquaro acts only on the accounts you connect, and only to do what you ask: publish what you approve, send the replies you set up, and read your account information and statistics. You can disconnect any time, and we then stop using that connection.
4. Your content and AI-generated content
You own your content. You give us permission to store, process and send it to the platforms you choose, solely so we can run the service for you.
Beaquaro uses AI to draft text. AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing what you publish, and for making sure it is accurate, lawful and does not infringe anyone’s rights. Nothing is published or scheduled until you approve it, including when you use Beaquaro through an AI assistant.
5. Automations and messages
Automations send the exact text you write. You are responsible for that text and for having a lawful reason to send it. Only message people who have commented on or messaged you first, and never use automations to spam, mislead or harass anyone.
We apply limits (such as an hourly cap and a cooldown per person) to help protect your account. Platforms can restrict accounts for their own reasons, and we cannot guarantee they will not.
6. What you must not do
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, publish harmful or deceptive content, send spam, or break a platform’s rules. Do not attack, overload or try to get around the limits of the service, resell it without our permission, or use it to build a competing product by copying it.
7. Early access, fees and changes
The service is currently free. If we introduce paid plans we will tell you well in advance, you will never be charged without agreeing to a plan first, and early-access members will keep the early-access price we announce. These terms will be updated before any charging begins.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using the service and delete your account and data at any time (see the data deletion page). We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or put the service or other people at risk, and we will explain why where we can.
9. Our responsibility
We work hard to keep the service running well, but it is provided “as is” during early access, without promises that it will always be available or error free. We rely on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X and Bluesky, which can change or stop access at any time.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by a platform, a third party or something outside our control, and our total liability for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which is currently nothing).
10. Your data
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you before it applies. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
12. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you rights that say otherwise.
