Common questions
- What video sizes work?
- Up to 300 MB after shrinking, 3 seconds to 15 minutes for reels and up to 60 seconds for stories.
- Will shrinking hurt quality?
- Instagram re-encodes to at most 1080p anyway, so 4K detail is discarded either way.
- Can I schedule to other platforms too?
- Yes. YouTube, X and Bluesky publish from the same calendar.
