Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, mobile number (with country code), and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text). We record that you agreed to this policy and when. Your mobile number is not verified by SMS and is not used for marketing. If you sign up or connect a platform via Google, Meta/Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or X, we receive the basic profile information and access tokens those providers share under the permissions you grant.

How we use it

• To authenticate you and keep your account secure
• To publish content to platforms you've explicitly connected, on your instruction
• To generate AI content, trend insights, and campaigns using your inputs
• To show you performance stats for platforms you've connected

Instagram comment and message automations

If you connect an Instagram professional account for automations, you sign in on Instagram and approve three permissions: reading and replying to comments (instagram_business_manage_comments), sending and receiving messages (instagram_business_manage_messages), and basic account information (instagram_business_basic). Through them we receive comments and messages that are sent to your account, along with the sender's Instagram ID and username, so we can match the keywords you set and send the replies you wrote. We store the automations you configure, a log of those comments, messages and replies, and your access token, which is encrypted. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

Disconnecting an Instagram account in Beaquaro immediately deletes its automations, contacts, conversation log and queued messages. You can also revoke Beaquaro's access at any time from Instagram under Settings, Apps and websites.

Third-party services

We use Cloudflare Workers AI to generate content, and OAuth with Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X to connect your social accounts. Access tokens are stored to allow publishing and analytics on your behalf and can be revoked at any time from your Brand Profile.

Data retention & deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time — see our Data Deletion page for instant self-service deletion or the email-based process.
